Enjoy a glorious summers evening, embracing one of the longest days of the year 🌅
5.30pm-6.30pm - Arrive in time for a relaxing sauna & cold plunge in the late afternoon sunshine in the long grass in our field 🌾🌾🌾
6.30pm-8.15pm - We will then move into our magical & ancient barn to experience the moving flow of dance. You will be guided into a deep meditative state by Anna-Lisa and will be taken on a soulful, joyful & uplifting journey through movement & music 🎶 💃👯♀️
8.15pm-8.45pm - We will close the evening with a grounding moment around the fire pit for sunset before drifting home 🌅🔥✨
