MONDAY FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CIRCUIT CLASS

We are so excited to be offering this new circuits class at New House Farm!! I’m sure you are asking yourselves what can you expect from this class? Well this is a ‘bang for your buck’ kinda class- think high intensity meets explosive power and weights 😎. But don’t worry if you are completely new to all this. Julie will tailor each station to everyone’s individual level so each person will be challenged in a safe way. It’s a smaller group setting so more personal attention. The stations will vary each week, and throughout the course you will learn how to lift heavier weights safely, use kettle bells and battle ropes, learn how to challenge yourself through movements that use the whole body, increasing range of motion and mobility, all whilst getting a great sweat on. You will see your overall fitness increase, building strength and cardiovascular endurance- and all of the classes at New House Farm are most importantly about building community and supporting each other in a fun way. So expect loads of laughter in between the tears (just kidding!!).

Join Julie in studio or online for a strong yoga flow practice.

Julie combines creative and intelligently sequenced classes that challenge the body in playful ways, whilst combining the powerful practices of breathwork, meditation and mudra to heighten our inner awareness.

Classes are accessible to all, as she is able to challenge students while those newer to yoga are given appropriate modifications and guidance so everyone is supported in opening to their highest potential.

CORE CONDITIONING CLASS WITH BECKY

Whether you are looking to strengthen your powerhouse, improve your flexibility or simply start taking care of yourself, Becky’s Classical Pilates Mat class will guide you on your journey to better health.

Becky’s focus is results driven, staying true to Joseph Pilates original method, with his key principles and techniques at the heart of everything.

As well building strong, healthy bodies with great posture, the studio is a space to create mind-body connection and reinvigorate your sense of self. It’s a place of natural flow that meets you wherever you are on your journey and guides you to where you want to go.

MONDAY RESTORATIVE YOGA CLASS WITH CLAIRE

Claire uses her 30 years of yoga experience to create the most healing & restorative of classes. The class will be a gentle flow, concentrating on breath & alignment. Before moving into a the more restorative poses, which we hold for a long time to create a feeling of peace and connection to your body. She weaves into the class her understanding of Chinese Medicine, especially around the elements and the seasons, to create a deep level of release and healing. You will leave calm, with your nervous system balanced and ready for the best nights sleep.

TUESDAY MORNING YOGA FLOW WITH CLAIRE

Bring in the more dynamic morning energy with this yang activating class. We will move our bodies to uplifting music, so you can flow, move and breath as one, connecting your mind & body to your breath. There will be aspects of prayama, meditation, breathwork and flow in this class. Finishing with a slower section at the end to consolidate and contain the natural flow of energy. This will be a deeply invigorating class for your body, yet balancing and calming for your mind, so you will leave feeling ready for your day ahead.

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT WITH JULIE
Wednesday 23rd April - Wednesday 25th June (inclusive)
Group 1: 8:30am - 9:45am
Group 2: 10am - 11:15am

Everyone is taking about this class. And rightly so! Claire & Julie designed this completely unique class to combine their two passions fitness & yoga! Julie is a personal trainer and so brings a completely different approach to a dynamic yoga class. Claire warms you up carefully with 15minutes of yoga before Julie’s takes over for a full power 45minutes of strength training using weights, resistance bands & body weight. Think bums & tums.. squats, core work, lifts and lunges. Then we’ll stretch you out with 15 minutes of yoga to soothe the nervous system and leave you feeling stronger, fitter and calmer.

FRIDAY HIT YOGA WITH JULIE

This class is similar to our Wednesday work out classes but with an added high tempo twist! Not only are you warming up with yoga and using weights and resistance bands. But this class adds in high intestinal interval training.. carefully timed sessions of activity & rest to get your heat beating and your cardio system working beater and brighter. There is always our signature cool down. 15 minutes of stretching and a long savasana to cool you down and leave you feeling invigorated and ready for the weekend!
